Our pioneering alumnae include:

Dame Jocelyn Bell Burnell, Astrophysicist who discovered pulsars.

Dame Julia King, Materials Scientist and Vice Chancellor, Aston University who led the King Review on reducing carbon emissions in road transport.

Professor Sian Griffiths, Director of Public Health and Primary Care, The Chinese University of Hong Kong and Visiting Professor at the Institute of Global Health Innovation at Imperial College, London.

Professor Denise Morrey, Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Oxford Brookes University who secured major funding to establish a Motorsport Engineering Centre.
